HDZ-ov doajen Vladimir Šeks rekao je u nedjelju da ga nije iznenadila odluka Zorana Milanovića da se kao aktualni predsjednik Republike uključi u utrku na parlamentarnim izborima i to za funkciju predsjednika Vlade jer se, kaže, od njega može svašta očekivati, pa i najapsurdnije stvari.

„Vjerojatno još nismo iscrpili sav repertoar njegovih čuda. On se ponaša kao dvorska luda, Charlie Chaplin, govori o grčkoj tragediji, Hrvatskoj kao o tragediji, a on je predsjednik koji oživljava jednu tragikomediju“, kazao je Šeks novinarima u KD Vatroslav Lisinski gdje se održava izvještajni sabor HDZ-a.

Šalu na stranu, dodao je, ovo je perfidni i grubi udar na ustavni poredak RH. Dok je (Milanović) predsjednik Republike, naglasio je Šeks, ne može se baviti nikakvom stranačkom politikom, a posebno se ne može kandidirati na izborima za Hrvatski sabor pod maskom nestranačkog kandidata, ali na stranačkoj listi SDP-a ili bio koje druge stranke.

„Duboko sam uvjeren da će Ustavni sud dati svoju ocjenu da je njegovo ponašanje protuustavno i da ne može, dok je predsjednik Republike, biti na listi jedne stranke za parlamentarne izbore. Ako to Milanović ne bude prihvatio, vjerujem da će DIP poništiti listu u I. izbornoj jedinici i da će na taj način nanijeti ogromnu štetu SDP-u“, kazao je Šeks.

Istaknuo je kako u tom slučaju postoji još jedna mogućnost koju propisuje članak 97. Ustava, a koji govori da u slučaju duže spriječenosti uslijed bolesti ili nesposobnosti, a Šeks drži da je Milanović ovim potezom pokazao da je nesposoban obavljati svoju temeljnu dužnost zaštite Ustava, Ustavni sud na prijedlog Vlade može odlučiti povjeriti dužnost v.d. predsjednika Republike predsjedniku Hrvatskog sabora.

„Ovo ni najluđa mašta ne može smisliti. Njegova je situacija kao predsjednika države takva da on više nije predsjednik - formalno jest, ali de facto više nije, svrstao se s one strane Ustava“, poručio je.

HDZ-ov doajen Vladimir Šeks rekao je u nedjelju da ga nije iznenadila odluka Zorana Milanovića da se kao aktualni predsjednik Republike uključi u utrku na parlamentarnim izborima i to za funkciju predsjednika Vlade jer se, kaže, od njega može svašta očekivati, pa i najapsurdnije stvari.

„Vjerojatno još nismo iscrpili sav repertoar njegovih čuda. On se ponaša kao dvorska luda, Charlie Chaplin, govori o grčkoj tragediji, Hrvatskoj kao o tragediji, a on je predsjednik koji oživljava jednu tragikomediju“, kazao je Šeks novinarima u KD Vatroslav Lisinski gdje se održava izvještajni sabor HDZ-a.

Šalu na stranu, dodao je, ovo je perfidni i grubi udar na ustavni poredak RH. Dok je (Milanović) predsjednik Republike, naglasio je Šeks, ne može se baviti nikakvom stranačkom politikom, a posebno se ne može kandidirati na izborima za Hrvatski sabor pod maskom nestranačkog kandidata, ali na stranačkoj listi SDP-a ili bio koje druge stranke.

„Duboko sam uvjeren da će Ustavni sud dati svoju ocjenu da je njegovo ponašanje protuustavno i da ne može, dok je predsjednik Republike, biti na listi jedne stranke za parlamentarne izbore. Ako to Milanović ne bude prihvatio, vjerujem da će DIP poništiti listu u I. izbornoj jedinici i da će na taj način nanijeti ogromnu štetu SDP-u“, kazao je Šeks.

Istaknuo je kako u tom slučaju postoji još jedna mogućnost koju propisuje članak 97. Ustava, a koji govori da u slučaju duže spriječenosti uslijed bolesti ili nesposobnosti, a Šeks drži da je Milanović ovim potezom pokazao da je nesposoban obavljati svoju temeljnu dužnost zaštite Ustava, Ustavni sud na prijedlog Vlade može odlučiti povjeriti dužnost v.d. predsjednika Republike predsjedniku Hrvatskog sabora.

„Ovo ni najluđa mašta ne može smisliti. Njegova je situacija kao predsjednika države takva da on više nije predsjednik - formalno jest, ali de facto više nije, svrstao se s one strane Ustava“, poručio je.
