Europska komisija predstavila je danas na izvanrednoj sjednici Europskog parlamenta novi prijedlog Višegodišnjeg financijskog okvira, kao i uspostavu novog fonda oporavka “Nova generacija Europe”. Riječ je o najiščekivanijem dokumentu jer zastupnici, zemlje članice, ali i građani od njega očekuju veliki doprinos borbi protiv posljedica koje je izazvala pandemija koronavirus.

Jedna od važnijih točaka o kojima se danas razgovaralo je predstavljanje novog i samostalnog zdravstvenog programa unutar Proračuna pod nazivom EU4Health. Zdravstveni programi Europske unije trenutno se financiraju iz Europskog socijalnog fonda, a prema novom prijedlogu bit će uključeni u proračun kroz treći stup Instrumenta za oporavak (Recovery Instrument) i vrijedit će 9.4 milijardi eura. Time će se projektima u području zdravstva osigurati više sredstava, a otvara se i put prema uspostavi zajedničke zdravstvene politike za koju se od svog ulaska u Europski parlament snažno zalaže hrvatski zastupnik Tomislav Sokol.

- Nedavno sam pozvao Komisiju na alociranje sredstava kojima bi se podupirala misija i vizija Direktive o prekograničnoj zdravstvenoj skrbi. Tim sredstvima pokrivala bi se razlika u troškovima i plaćanje predujma za prekograničnu zdravstvenu skrb zbog toga što ti troškovi najčešće padaju pa teret pacijenata. Nadalje, tražio sam i financiranje opremanja centara izvrsnosti i sam razvoj mreže takvih centara za liječenje pojedinih bolesti diljem Europske unije, uključujući edukacije i mobilizaciju osoblja. Upravo su u tom smjeru prijedlozi koje Komisija želi financirati te vjerujem da sam na taj način ostvario malu, ali bitnu pobjedu za sve hrvatske građane - navodi Tomislav Sokol.

Prema prijedlogu Komisije, u budućem proračunu će se pronaći sredstva za bolji pristup zdravstvenoj skrbi, dugoročnu prevenciju bolesti te prekograničnu zdravstvenu skrb. – EU svojim građanima jamči prekograničnu zdravstvenu zaštitu te otvara mogućnost za liječenje u inozemstvu. Hrvatski građani su dosad u tome nailazili na niz problema, stoga je izrazito bitno da će u novom proračunu biti osigurana sredstva kojim će se podupirati pružanje prekogranične zdravstvene skrbi – dodao je Sokol te istaknuo kako će se europska sredstva moći dobiti i za programe dijagnostike i liječenja bolesnika, edukaciju medicinskih djelatnika te digitalizaciju zdravstvene infrastrukture

Sokol je istaknuo kako mu je drago da je Europska komisija napokon uvidjela važnost zajedničkog zdravstvenog programa. – Zdravstvo unutar Europske unije napokon dobiva status kakav zaslužuje. Ova kriza je još jednom pokazala kako je zdravlje ultimativni prioritet građanima te stoga mora unutar EU dobiti adekvatan status. Ovih 9.4 milijardi eura nije puno u kontekstu proračuna EU, ali u odnosu na prethodne proračune zdravstveni program je dobio samostalnost, što je važan put prema budućoj zajedničkoj europskoj zdravstvenoj politici – istaknuo je Sokol.

Važno je istaknuti kako Komisija planira u budućem razdoblju provoditi objedinjene javne nabave medicinske opreme. Time će se izbjeći situacije nestašica medicinske opreme i lijekova kojima je Unija svjedočila posljednjih mjeseci. To je također stav koji dijeli zastupnik Sokol, koji je protekli mjesec izravno pozvao Komisiju na provođenje zajedničke javne nabave. – EU ne smije više nikada dopustiti da njezini građani ostanu bez medicinske opreme i lijekova. Osobito je važno što je Komisija prihvatila argument potrebe provođenja zajedničke javne nabave te vjerujem da ćemo tako uspjeti postići niže cijene i veću sigurnost za naše građane – istaknuo je za kraj Sokol.

Europska komisija predstavila je danas na izvanrednoj sjednici Europskog parlamenta novi prijedlog Višegodišnjeg financijskog okvira, kao i uspostavu novog fonda oporavka “Nova generacija Europe”. Riječ je o najiščekivanijem dokumentu jer zastupnici, zemlje članice, ali i građani od njega očekuju veliki doprinos borbi protiv posljedica koje je izazvala pandemija koronavirus.

Jedna od važnijih točaka o kojima se danas razgovaralo je predstavljanje novog i samostalnog zdravstvenog programa unutar Proračuna pod nazivom EU4Health. Zdravstveni programi Europske unije trenutno se financiraju iz Europskog socijalnog fonda, a prema novom prijedlogu bit će uključeni u proračun kroz treći stup Instrumenta za oporavak (Recovery Instrument) i vrijedit će 9.4 milijardi eura. Time će se projektima u području zdravstva osigurati više sredstava, a otvara se i put prema uspostavi zajedničke zdravstvene politike za koju se od svog ulaska u Europski parlament snažno zalaže hrvatski zastupnik Tomislav Sokol.

- Nedavno sam pozvao Komisiju na alociranje sredstava kojima bi se podupirala misija i vizija Direktive o prekograničnoj zdravstvenoj skrbi. Tim sredstvima pokrivala bi se razlika u troškovima i plaćanje predujma za prekograničnu zdravstvenu skrb zbog toga što ti troškovi najčešće padaju pa teret pacijenata. Nadalje, tražio sam i financiranje opremanja centara izvrsnosti i sam razvoj mreže takvih centara za liječenje pojedinih bolesti diljem Europske unije, uključujući edukacije i mobilizaciju osoblja. Upravo su u tom smjeru prijedlozi koje Komisija želi financirati te vjerujem da sam na taj način ostvario malu, ali bitnu pobjedu za sve hrvatske građane - navodi Tomislav Sokol.

Prema prijedlogu Komisije, u budućem proračunu će se pronaći sredstva za bolji pristup zdravstvenoj skrbi, dugoročnu prevenciju bolesti te prekograničnu zdravstvenu skrb. – EU svojim građanima jamči prekograničnu zdravstvenu zaštitu te otvara mogućnost za liječenje u inozemstvu. Hrvatski građani su dosad u tome nailazili na niz problema, stoga je izrazito bitno da će u novom proračunu biti osigurana sredstva kojim će se podupirati pružanje prekogranične zdravstvene skrbi – dodao je Sokol te istaknuo kako će se europska sredstva moći dobiti i za programe dijagnostike i liječenja bolesnika, edukaciju medicinskih djelatnika te digitalizaciju zdravstvene infrastrukture

Sokol je istaknuo kako mu je drago da je Europska komisija napokon uvidjela važnost zajedničkog zdravstvenog programa. – Zdravstvo unutar Europske unije napokon dobiva status kakav zaslužuje. Ova kriza je još jednom pokazala kako je zdravlje ultimativni prioritet građanima te stoga mora unutar EU dobiti adekvatan status. Ovih 9.4 milijardi eura nije puno u kontekstu proračuna EU, ali u odnosu na prethodne proračune zdravstveni program je dobio samostalnost, što je važan put prema budućoj zajedničkoj europskoj zdravstvenoj politici – istaknuo je Sokol.

Važno je istaknuti kako Komisija planira u budućem razdoblju provoditi objedinjene javne nabave medicinske opreme. Time će se izbjeći situacije nestašica medicinske opreme i lijekova kojima je Unija svjedočila posljednjih mjeseci. To je također stav koji dijeli zastupnik Sokol, koji je protekli mjesec izravno pozvao Komisiju na provođenje zajedničke javne nabave. – EU ne smije više nikada dopustiti da njezini građani ostanu bez medicinske opreme i lijekova. Osobito je važno što je Komisija prihvatila argument potrebe provođenja zajedničke javne nabave te vjerujem da ćemo tako uspjeti postići niže cijene i veću sigurnost za naše građane – istaknuo je za kraj Sokol.

Prihvaćeni prijedlozi Tomislava Sokola, u EU proračunu više novca za zdravstvenu skrb građana

Europska komisija predstavila je danas na izvanrednoj sjednici Europskog parlamenta novi prijedlog Višegodišnjeg financijskog okvira, kao i uspostavu novog fonda oporavka “Nova generacija Europe”. Riječ je o najiščekivanijem dokumentu jer zastupnici, zemlje članice, ali i građani od njega očekuju veliki doprinos borbi protiv posljedica koje je izazvala pandemija koronavirus.

Jedna od važnijih točaka o kojima se danas razgovaralo je predstavljanje novog i samostalnog zdravstvenog programa unutar Proračuna pod nazivom EU4Health. Zdravstveni programi Europske unije trenutno se financiraju iz Europskog socijalnog fonda, a prema novom prijedlogu bit će uključeni u proračun kroz treći stup Instrumenta za oporavak (Recovery Instrument) i vrijedit će 9.4 milijardi eura.
