Pisalo se, a kako trenutno stvari stoje, pisat će se još neko vrijeme o problemu "maskni". Riječ je, kao što sigurno već znate, o domišljatoj složenici koja vrijedi u više jezika, termin označava neugodnu, pojačanu pojavu akni u predijelima lica koje pokrivamo zaštitnim maskama.
Neki su ovome problemu pokušali doskočiti nošenjem svilenih maski, neki se nadaju da će, jednom kad prođu vrućine, a s njima i pojačano znojenje, on otići sam od sebe. No beauty eksperti smatraju kako ipak postoji jedan način koji bi mogao pomoći umanjiti upalne procese na licu.
Radi se o prskanju tonera s unutrašnje strane pokrivala, s ciljem da on spriječi razvijanje bakterija, tako i akni. Moramo priznati da je postupak vrlo jednostavan, no pali li?

Dermatolozi drže kako - nije naodmet. Drugim riječima, neće naškoditi ako prije upotrebe masku poprskate tonerom za lice po želji.
"Toneri po svojemu sastavu imaju sposobnost da odstranjuju višak ulja, make up-a, znoja i drugih čestica s površine kože", objašnjava dermatologinja Ava Shamban za Mindbodygreen.
Pa iako u punini djeluju jedino kad se nanose izravno na kožu, trik s prskanjem maskice ne može naškoditi. Njegova antibakterijska i protuupalna svojstva shvatite kao dodatan zaštitni sloj uz masku, naravno, kad je borba protiv maski u pitanju, a ne ona protiv koronavirusa.
No za ovo nema nikakvih znanstvenih dokaza. Samo iskustva onih koji se u trik, dakako, kunu. Ima smisla probati, kad uzmemo u obzir svojstva tonera... No što je sa zaštitom?

Važno je pritom najprije pripaziti na odabir proizvoda. Birajte onaj namijenjen vlastitoj koži - ako imate problema s aknama, onaj koji umiruje upale, ako se radi o kontaktnom dermatitisu, onaj koji hidratizira i umanjuje crvenilo. Postoje toneri s umirujućim učinkom, ali i oni koji vrše blagu eksfolijaciju kože, zato je važno odabrati onaj prilagođen vašoj.
Par ekstra savjeta:
- prskajte čistu, perivu masku
- birajte toner s pumpicom (ako vaš omiljeni proizvod dolazi u pakiranju bez pumpice, prebacite ga u pakiranje s raspršivačem)
- manje je više (pripazite da masku ne natopite, vlažno okruženje moglo bi imati potpuno suprotan učinak od željenog)
- pričekajte između 3 i 5 minuta da se maska osuši prije nego je stavite na lice
Ekstremno je važno na lice staviti potpuno suhu, čistu masku. Ne prskajte kirurške maske, već samo one perive, upozoravaju stručnjaci. I ne pretjerujte s prskanjem.
Ukoliko nemate problem s dermatitisom, crvenilom i aknama, savjetovali bismo vam da ovaj trik preskočite. Ipak je sigurnost na prvome mjestu.

Pisalo se, a kako trenutno stvari stoje, pisat će se još neko vrijeme o problemu "maskni". Riječ je, kao što sigurno već znate, o domišljatoj složenici koja vrijedi u više jezika, termin označava neugodnu, pojačanu pojavu akni u predijelima lica koje pokrivamo zaštitnim maskama.
Neki su ovome problemu pokušali doskočiti nošenjem svilenih maski, neki se nadaju da će, jednom kad prođu vrućine, a s njima i pojačano znojenje, on otići sam od sebe. No beauty eksperti smatraju kako ipak postoji jedan način koji bi mogao pomoći umanjiti upalne procese na licu.
Radi se o prskanju tonera s unutrašnje strane pokrivala, s ciljem da on spriječi razvijanje bakterija, tako i akni. Moramo priznati da je postupak vrlo jednostavan, no pali li?

Dermatolozi drže kako - nije naodmet. Drugim riječima, neće naškoditi ako prije upotrebe masku poprskate tonerom za lice po želji.
"Toneri po svojemu sastavu imaju sposobnost da odstranjuju višak ulja, make up-a, znoja i drugih čestica s površine kože", objašnjava dermatologinja Ava Shamban za Mindbodygreen.
Pa iako u punini djeluju jedino kad se nanose izravno na kožu, trik s prskanjem maskice ne može naškoditi. Njegova antibakterijska i protuupalna svojstva shvatite kao dodatan zaštitni sloj uz masku, naravno, kad je borba protiv maski u pitanju, a ne ona protiv koronavirusa.
No za ovo nema nikakvih znanstvenih dokaza. Samo iskustva onih koji se u trik, dakako, kunu. Ima smisla probati, kad uzmemo u obzir svojstva tonera... No što je sa zaštitom?

Važno je pritom najprije pripaziti na odabir proizvoda. Birajte onaj namijenjen vlastitoj koži - ako imate problema s aknama, onaj koji umiruje upale, ako se radi o kontaktnom dermatitisu, onaj koji hidratizira i umanjuje crvenilo. Postoje toneri s umirujućim učinkom, ali i oni koji vrše blagu eksfolijaciju kože, zato je važno odabrati onaj prilagođen vašoj.
Par ekstra savjeta:
- prskajte čistu, perivu masku
- birajte toner s pumpicom (ako vaš omiljeni proizvod dolazi u pakiranju bez pumpice, prebacite ga u pakiranje s raspršivačem)
- manje je više (pripazite da masku ne natopite, vlažno okruženje moglo bi imati potpuno suprotan učinak od željenog)
- pričekajte između 3 i 5 minuta da se maska osuši prije nego je stavite na lice
Ekstremno je važno na lice staviti potpuno suhu, čistu masku. Ne prskajte kirurške maske, već samo one perive, upozoravaju stručnjaci. I ne pretjerujte s prskanjem.
