Najnovije istraživanje kaže da bi omiljena mesna poslastica velikog broja ljudi mogla bi povećati rizik od dijabetesa tipa 2.

Studija francuskih istraživača je pratila  prehranu i stopu dijabetesa tijekom 12 godina kod više od 104 tisuće ljudi, a rezultati su pokazali da je pojava dijabetesa tipa 2 čak 27 posto veća kod onih koji su jeli velike količine nitrita, takozvanog konzervansa koji se najvećim dijelom nalazi u slanini, ali jednako tako i u kobasicama, šunki te salami, piše Index.

Dr. Bernard Srour sa sveučilišta Sorbonne Paris Nord rekao je da bi ljudi trebali ograničiti konzumaciju hrane koja sadrži kontroverzne aditive, uključujući natrijev nitrit.

‘‘Ovi rezultati daju novi dokaz o potrebi smanjenja upotrebe aditiva nitrita u prerađenom mesu u prehrambenoj industriji‘‘, objašnjava, piše Index.

Najnovije istraživanje kaže da bi omiljena mesna poslastica velikog broja ljudi mogla bi povećati rizik od dijabetesa tipa 2.

Studija francuskih istraživača je pratila  prehranu i stopu dijabetesa tijekom 12 godina kod više od 104 tisuće ljudi, a rezultati su pokazali da je pojava dijabetesa tipa 2 čak 27 posto veća kod onih koji su jeli velike količine nitrita, takozvanog konzervansa koji se najvećim dijelom nalazi u slanini, ali jednako tako i u kobasicama, šunki te salami, piše Index.

Dr. Bernard Srour sa sveučilišta Sorbonne Paris Nord rekao je da bi ljudi trebali ograničiti konzumaciju hrane koja sadrži kontroverzne aditive, uključujući natrijev nitrit.

‘‘Ovi rezultati daju novi dokaz o potrebi smanjenja upotrebe aditiva nitrita u prerađenom mesu u prehrambenoj industriji‘‘, objašnjava, piše Index.

Najnovije istraživanje kaže da bi omiljena mesna poslastica velikog broja ljudi mogla bi povećati rizik od dijabetesa tipa 2.

Studija francuskih istraživača je pratila  prehranu i stopu dijabetesa tijekom 12 godina kod više od 104 tisuće ljudi, a rezultati su pokazali da je pojava dijabetesa tipa 2 čak 27 posto veća kod onih koji su jeli velike količine nitrita, takozvanog konzervansa koji se najvećim dijelom nalazi u slanini, ali jednako tako i u kobasicama, šunki te salami, piše Index.

Dr. Bernard Srour sa sveučilišta Sorbonne Paris Nord rekao je da bi ljudi trebali ograničiti konzumaciju hrane koja sadrži kontroverzne aditive, uključujući natrijev nitrit.
