Drugim riječima, možete se seksati koliko god želite sve dok ne osjećate nikakve štetne nuspojave poput boli. Ako osjećate nelagodu, oticanje, iritaciju ili nešto drugo, napravite pauzu. Ako je nuspojava ozbiljnija ili dugo traje, trebali biste razgovarati s ginekologom, piše Živim.
Koji je prosjek seksualnih odnosa?
Svakako je važno naglasiti da se učestalost razlikuje od osobe do osobe, no istraživanja su uspjela procijeniti koliko su puta ljudi imali spolne odnose. Prosječna odrasla osoba ima seksualni odnos 54 puta godišnje, prema studiji objavljenoj u časopisu Archives of Sexual Behavior iz 2017. Međutim, ako se gledaju statistike prema dobnim skupinama, brojke se uvelike razlikuju.
Studija je pokazala da oni u 20-ima u prosjeku imaju seks oko 80 puta godišnje. Nakon otprilike 50. godine, nije neuobičajeno da se seksualna učestalost počne smanjivati. Dok ljudi u dobi od 60 godina imaju spolne odnose u prosjeku oko 20 puta godišnje.
Još jedan čimbenik, koji bi mogao biti iznenađujući, je da se broj spolnih odnosa smanjio kod ljudi koji su bili u partnerstvu (bez obzira na to jesu u braku ili žive zajedno), ali je ostao relativno stabilan među ljudima koji su slobodni.

Previše seksa?
Glavna fizička opasnost previše seksa je pretjerano oticanje vagine i stidnih usana, rekla je Sherry A. Ross, ginekologinja u Santa Monici.
- Uz puno seksualne stimulacije, vagina i stidne usne napune se krvlju, a to može dovesti do pretjeranog oticanja i boli pri seksualnom kontaktu - objasnila je dr. Ross.
Osim što dovodi do oticanja i boli, dug seks može zaustaviti i prirodno podmazivanje vagine. Ako je vagina previše suha, može doći do trenja i boli.
- Ako niste imali dovoljnu količinu predigre da biste se uzbudili, vagina će biti suha, zbog čega će seks biti bolan - rekla je dr. Ross. Dodaje da se vaginalna suhoća može pojaviti u menopauzi što rezultira peckanjem unutar vagine tijekom seksualnog kontakta i penetracije.
Ako završite s natečenom i/ili bolnom vaginom nakon seksualnog kontakta, odstupite dok se ne budete osjećali dobro, rekla je dr. Brightman. Ako vam se oteklina čini velikom, pokušajte staviti oblog od leda za malo olakšanja. Sljedeći put kad budete imali seks, razmislite o korištenju vaginalnog lubrikanta za dodatnu vlažnost.

Rizici za muškarce
Iako se češće govori o problemima koje mogu doživjeti žene, muškarci mogu osjetiti sličnu nelagodu kada pretjeruju.
- Možete osjetiti bol, oticanje i peckanje u penisu, a može doći i do poteškoća s mokrenjem - navodi dr. Ross.
Isto tako, kad je riječ o penisima i puno seksa, "veće nije bolje". Dok deblji penis može učiniti da se partner osjeća punije, pretjerano istezanje vagine ili anusa može biti bolno i neugodno, a može čak uzrokovati vaginalne ili analne ogrebotine.
Koje su nuspojave?
Što više seksa prakticirate, veći je rizik od razvoja infekcija mjehura i vagine. To je zbog poremećaja prirodne pH ravnoteže vagine, kaže dr. Ross, kada bakterije iz vagine i anusa pronađu put do mjehura. Kako biste to spriječili, steknite naviku pražnjenja mjehura nakon seksa s partnerom.
- Sve dok postoji odgovarajuća lubrikacija i dogovoreni odmori između odlaska pod plahte, niste ni u kakvoj opasnosti. Komunikacija je vitalna u vezi, posebice tijekom intimnosti. Biti iskren i osjećati ugodu sa svojim partnerom osigurava zdrav i zadovoljavajući seksualni odnos - navodi dr. Ross.

Koji je prosjek seksualnih odnosa?
Svakako je važno naglasiti da se učestalost razlikuje od osobe do osobe, no istraživanja su uspjela procijeniti koliko su puta ljudi imali spolne odnose. Prosječna odrasla osoba ima seksualni odnos 54 puta godišnje, prema studiji objavljenoj u časopisu Archives of Sexual Behavior iz 2017. Međutim, ako se gledaju statistike prema dobnim skupinama, brojke se uvelike razlikuju.
Studija je pokazala da oni u 20-ima u prosjeku imaju seks oko 80 puta godišnje. Nakon otprilike 50. godine, nije neuobičajeno da se seksualna učestalost počne smanjivati. Dok ljudi u dobi od 60 godina imaju spolne odnose u prosjeku oko 20 puta godišnje.
Još jedan čimbenik, koji bi mogao biti iznenađujući, je da se broj spolnih odnosa smanjio kod ljudi koji su bili u partnerstvu (bez obzira na to jesu u braku ili žive zajedno), ali je ostao relativno stabilan među ljudima koji su slobodni.

Previše seksa?
Glavna fizička opasnost previše seksa je pretjerano oticanje vagine i stidnih usana, rekla je Sherry A. Ross, ginekologinja u Santa Monici.
- Uz puno seksualne stimulacije, vagina i stidne usne napune se krvlju, a to može dovesti do pretjeranog oticanja i boli pri seksualnom kontaktu - objasnila je dr. Ross.
Osim što dovodi do oticanja i boli, dug seks može zaustaviti i prirodno podmazivanje vagine. Ako je vagina previše suha, može doći do trenja i boli.
- Ako niste imali dovoljnu količinu predigre da biste se uzbudili, vagina će biti suha, zbog čega će seks biti bolan - rekla je dr. Ross. Dodaje da se vaginalna suhoća može pojaviti u menopauzi što rezultira peckanjem unutar vagine tijekom seksualnog kontakta i penetracije.
Ako završite s natečenom i/ili bolnom vaginom nakon seksualnog kontakta, odstupite dok se ne budete osjećali dobro, rekla je dr. Brightman. Ako vam se oteklina čini velikom, pokušajte staviti oblog od leda za malo olakšanja. Sljedeći put kad budete imali seks, razmislite o korištenju vaginalnog lubrikanta za dodatnu vlažnost.

Rizici za muškarce
Iako se češće govori o problemima koje mogu doživjeti žene, muškarci mogu osjetiti sličnu nelagodu kada pretjeruju.
- Možete osjetiti bol, oticanje i peckanje u penisu, a može doći i do poteškoća s mokrenjem - navodi dr. Ross.
Isto tako, kad je riječ o penisima i puno seksa, "veće nije bolje". Dok deblji penis može učiniti da se partner osjeća punije, pretjerano istezanje vagine ili anusa može biti bolno i neugodno, a može čak uzrokovati vaginalne ili analne ogrebotine.
Koje su nuspojave?
Što više seksa prakticirate, veći je rizik od razvoja infekcija mjehura i vagine. To je zbog poremećaja prirodne pH ravnoteže vagine, kaže dr. Ross, kada bakterije iz vagine i anusa pronađu put do mjehura. Kako biste to spriječili, steknite naviku pražnjenja mjehura nakon seksa s partnerom.
- Sve dok postoji odgovarajuća lubrikacija i dogovoreni odmori između odlaska pod plahte, niste ni u kakvoj opasnosti. Komunikacija je vitalna u vezi, posebice tijekom intimnosti. Biti iskren i osjećati ugodu sa svojim partnerom osigurava zdrav i zadovoljavajući seksualni odnos - navodi dr. Ross.
