Šećera bismo se zbog zdravlja i linije rado svi odrekli, no činjenica je da je ovom slatkom začinu gotovo nemoguće odoljeti, posebice kada je aromatiziran.

Volite li eksperimentirati u pripremi slastica pretpostavljamo da vam korištenje aromatiziranih vrsta šećera nikako nije strano, kao ni njihova iznimno opojna svojstva zbog kojih je baš svaki kolač poseban. Ovaj tip sladila lako možete nabaviti u bolje opremljenim trgovinama začina, no činjenica je da se još lakše priprema i sam kod kuće što mu daje posebnu draž.

Do sada smo se susreli s raznim verzijama aromatiziranog šećera, poput onog s ružom, lavandom i koricama raznih agruma, no posljednji koji smo otkrili zaista nam je pokrenuo maštu. Riječ je o verziji šećera s jorgovanom.

Ideju smo dobili na blogu Call me Cupcake, slastičarke i fotografkinje Linde Lomelio, koja u spomenutoj objavi objašnjava svoju dugogodišnju opčinjenost ovim mirisnim i jestivim cvijetom. Gledajući njene fotografije i način pripreme ovog slatkog i mirisnog začina, svi su nam osjetilni pupoljci proradili, a čini se i da njegova priprema zaista ne iziskuje puno truda, posebice u odnosu na rezultat koji obećava.

Prema Lindinom receptu, za pripremu ove vrste šećera trebat će vam samo dva sastojka (granulirani šećer i osušene čiste latice jorgovana) te staklena posuda s poklopcem koja će sačuvati aromu i pobrinuti se da miris ljeta zbilja potraje. Linda savjetuje da potražite isključivo ljubičaste latice jorgovana, što zbog boje, što zbog činjenice da one sadrže intenzivniju aromu.

Priprema samog šećera vrlo je jednostavna. Sve što trebate napraviti je u tanjim slojevima posložiti u staklenku šećer i listiće jorgovana te dobro zatvorenu posudu ostaviti neko vrijeme na tamnom i hladnom mjestu.

Mješavinu sastojaka u staklenci povremeno protresite, a već za nekoliko tjedana moći ćete je dodati svojim slasticama.

Ovaj tip aromatiziranog šećera odlično će funkcionirati u kombinaciji s čokoladnim desertima, a zanimljivu staklenku s ovim vrijednim sadržajem možete i pokloniti nekome tko će je dobro znati iskoristiti u pripremi svoje sljedeće slastice.

Šećera bismo se zbog zdravlja i linije rado svi odrekli, no činjenica je da je ovom slatkom začinu gotovo nemoguće odoljeti, posebice kada je aromatiziran.

Volite li eksperimentirati u pripremi slastica pretpostavljamo da vam korištenje aromatiziranih vrsta šećera nikako nije strano, kao ni njihova iznimno opojna svojstva zbog kojih je baš svaki kolač poseban. Ovaj tip sladila lako možete nabaviti u bolje opremljenim trgovinama začina, no činjenica je da se još lakše priprema i sam kod kuće što mu daje posebnu draž.

Do sada smo se susreli s raznim verzijama aromatiziranog šećera, poput onog s ružom, lavandom i koricama raznih agruma, no posljednji koji smo otkrili zaista nam je pokrenuo maštu. Riječ je o verziji šećera s jorgovanom.

Ideju smo dobili na blogu Call me Cupcake, slastičarke i fotografkinje Linde Lomelio, koja u spomenutoj objavi objašnjava svoju dugogodišnju opčinjenost ovim mirisnim i jestivim cvijetom. Gledajući njene fotografije i način pripreme ovog slatkog i mirisnog začina, svi su nam osjetilni pupoljci proradili, a čini se i da njegova priprema zaista ne iziskuje puno truda, posebice u odnosu na rezultat koji obećava.

Prema Lindinom receptu, za pripremu ove vrste šećera trebat će vam samo dva sastojka (granulirani šećer i osušene čiste latice jorgovana) te staklena posuda s poklopcem koja će sačuvati aromu i pobrinuti se da miris ljeta zbilja potraje. Linda savjetuje da potražite isključivo ljubičaste latice jorgovana, što zbog boje, što zbog činjenice da one sadrže intenzivniju aromu.

Priprema samog šećera vrlo je jednostavna. Sve što trebate napraviti je u tanjim slojevima posložiti u staklenku šećer i listiće jorgovana te dobro zatvorenu posudu ostaviti neko vrijeme na tamnom i hladnom mjestu.

Mješavinu sastojaka u staklenci povremeno protresite, a već za nekoliko tjedana moći ćete je dodati svojim slasticama.

Ovaj tip aromatiziranog šećera odlično će funkcionirati u kombinaciji s čokoladnim desertima, a zanimljivu staklenku s ovim vrijednim sadržajem možete i pokloniti nekome tko će je dobro znati iskoristiti u pripremi svoje sljedeće slastice.

Šećera bismo se zbog zdravlja i linije rado svi odrekli, no činjenica je da je ovom slatkom začinu gotovo nemoguće odoljeti, posebice kada je aromatiziran.

Volite li eksperimentirati u pripremi slastica pretpostavljamo da vam korištenje aromatiziranih vrsta šećera nikako nije strano, kao ni njihova iznimno opojna svojstva zbog kojih je baš svaki kolač poseban. Ovaj tip sladila lako možete nabaviti u bolje opremljenim trgovinama začina, no činjenica je da se još lakše priprema i sam kod kuće što mu daje posebnu draž.
