Francusko izdanje časopisa Vogue izazvalo je javnu osudu objavom o nošenju marama. Časopis je na službenom Instagramu objavio fotografiju glumice, manekenke i bivše modne dizajnerice Julie Fox (inače nove djevojke Kanyea Westa) s maramom na glavi, pritom pohvalivši njezin izgled, unatoč ograničenjima koja su u Francuskoj na snazi kad je riječ o vjerskim pokrivalima. Brojni korisnici te društvene mreže ocijenili su objavu uvredljivom za muslimanke koje žive u toj zemlji koja, po mišljenju mnogih, podupire kulturu islamofobije.

Objava je tim više uzrujala muslimanke jer je na fotografiji žena koja nije njihove vjere pa je, prema komentarima pod objavom u kojoj je stajalo "Da za maramu", Vogue primijenio dvostruka pravila - dok su muslimanke u toj zemlji zbog nošenja marame svakodnevno izložene pritiscima, ispada da nemuslimanke imaju slobodu nositi marame i nazivati to modnim izborom". Da stvar bude još gora, objava je uslijedila tek nekoliko dana nakon što je francuski senat izglasao zabranu nošenja hidžaba za sportašice.

"Bjelkinja koja zbog trenda nosi maramu dobije 'da marami', dok muslimanka koja je nosi zbog svojih uvjerenja dobiva diskriminaciju i zabranu", napisao je jedan od korisnika Instagrama. "U Francuskoj je hidžab ilegalan, ali marama za glavu je trend", "Znači, marama je OK za nemuslimane? Moda je dopuštena, ali religija nije? Sloboda izbora je samo za bijelce?”, samo su neki od brojnih komentara. 

"Da za maramu", rečenica je koja zvuči tako jednostavno, ali mi žene koje želimo nositi hidžab se i dalje za nju molimo, čekamo je i o njoj maštamo", izjavila je za CNN manekenka i aktivistica Hanan Houachmi te istaknula kako se na hidžab gleda kao na dodatak koji se može nositi kao dio trenda, no kada je posrijedi vjera, francuska ga vlada vidi kao "uniformu terorista".

Francuska je u travnju 2011. godine postala prva zemlja Europe koja je uvela zabranu pokrivanja lica nikabom i burkom na svim javnim mjestima. Burka je veo za cijelo lice, dok nikab pokriva sve osim očiju. I ostale su države, poput Njemačke, Belgije, Nizozemske i Danske slijedile francuski primjer, uvevši djelomičnu zabranu pokrivanja lica.

Francusko izdanje časopisa Vogue izazvalo je javnu osudu objavom o nošenju marama. Časopis je na službenom Instagramu objavio fotografiju glumice, manekenke i bivše modne dizajnerice Julie Fox (inače nove djevojke Kanyea Westa) s maramom na glavi, pritom pohvalivši njezin izgled, unatoč ograničenjima koja su u Francuskoj na snazi kad je riječ o vjerskim pokrivalima. Brojni korisnici te društvene mreže ocijenili su objavu uvredljivom za muslimanke koje žive u toj zemlji koja, po mišljenju mnogih, podupire kulturu islamofobije.

Objava je tim više uzrujala muslimanke jer je na fotografiji žena koja nije njihove vjere pa je, prema komentarima pod objavom u kojoj je stajalo "Da za maramu", Vogue primijenio dvostruka pravila - dok su muslimanke u toj zemlji zbog nošenja marame svakodnevno izložene pritiscima, ispada da nemuslimanke imaju slobodu nositi marame i nazivati to modnim izborom". Da stvar bude još gora, objava je uslijedila tek nekoliko dana nakon što je francuski senat izglasao zabranu nošenja hidžaba za sportašice.

"Bjelkinja koja zbog trenda nosi maramu dobije 'da marami', dok muslimanka koja je nosi zbog svojih uvjerenja dobiva diskriminaciju i zabranu", napisao je jedan od korisnika Instagrama. "U Francuskoj je hidžab ilegalan, ali marama za glavu je trend", "Znači, marama je OK za nemuslimane? Moda je dopuštena, ali religija nije? Sloboda izbora je samo za bijelce?”, samo su neki od brojnih komentara. 

"Da za maramu", rečenica je koja zvuči tako jednostavno, ali mi žene koje želimo nositi hidžab se i dalje za nju molimo, čekamo je i o njoj maštamo", izjavila je za CNN manekenka i aktivistica Hanan Houachmi te istaknula kako se na hidžab gleda kao na dodatak koji se može nositi kao dio trenda, no kada je posrijedi vjera, francuska ga vlada vidi kao "uniformu terorista".

Francuska je u travnju 2011. godine postala prva zemlja Europe koja je uvela zabranu pokrivanja lica nikabom i burkom na svim javnim mjestima. Burka je veo za cijelo lice, dok nikab pokriva sve osim očiju. I ostale su države, poput Njemačke, Belgije, Nizozemske i Danske slijedile francuski primjer, uvevši djelomičnu zabranu pokrivanja lica.

Zbog objave o marami francusko izdanje Voguea na meti kritika: nekoliko je stvari u vezi ‘posta‘ osobito nezgodno, a ‘tajming‘ nije mogao biti gori...

Francusko izdanje časopisa Vogue izazvalo je javnu osudu objavom o nošenju marama. Časopis je na službenom Instagramu objavio fotografiju glumice, manekenke i bivše modne dizajnerice Julie Fox (inače nove djevojke Kanyea Westa) s maramom na glavi, pritom pohvalivši njezin izgled, unatoč ograničenjima koja su u Francuskoj na snazi kad je riječ o vjerskim pokrivalima. Brojni korisnici te društvene mreže ocijenili su objavu uvredljivom za muslimanke koje žive u toj zemlji koja, po mišljenju mnogih, podupire kulturu islamofobije.

Objava je tim više uzrujala muslimanke jer je na fotografiji žena koja nije njihove vjere pa je, prema komentarima pod objavom u kojoj je stajalo "Da za maramu", Vogue primijenio dvostruka pravila - dok su muslimanke u toj zemlji zbog nošenja marame svakodnevno izložene pritiscima, ispada da nemuslimanke imaju slobodu nositi marame i nazivati to modnim izborom". Da stvar bude još gora, objava je uslijedila tek nekoliko dana nakon što je francuski senat izglasao zabranu nošenja hidžaba za sportašice.

"Bjelkinja koja zbog trenda nosi maramu dobije 'da marami', dok muslimanka koja je nosi zbog svojih uvjerenja dobiva diskriminaciju i zabranu", napisao je jedan od korisnika Instagrama. "U Francuskoj je hidžab ilegalan, ali marama za glavu je trend", "Znači, marama je OK za nemuslimane? Moda je dopuštena, ali religija nije? Sloboda izbora je samo za bijelce?”, samo su neki od brojnih komentara. 

"Da za maramu", rečenica je koja zvuči tako jednostavno, ali mi žene koje želimo nositi hidžab se i dalje za nju molimo, čekamo je i o njoj maštamo", izjavila je za CNN manekenka i aktivistica Hanan Houachmi te istaknula kako se na hidžab gleda kao na dodatak koji se može nositi kao dio trenda, no kada je posrijedi vjera, francuska ga vlada vidi kao "uniformu terorista".

Francuska je u travnju 2011. godine postala prva zemlja Europe koja je uvela zabranu pokrivanja lica nikabom i burkom na svim javnim mjestima. Burka je veo za cijelo lice, dok nikab pokriva sve osim očiju. I ostale su države, poput Njemačke, Belgije, Nizozemske i Danske slijedile francuski primjer, uvevši djelomičnu zabranu pokrivanja lica.
